How do I cancel my order?

Has your order been shipped?


If you ordered the wrong product or for some reason no longer want the product you ordered, you can cancel your order. You can do this for up to fourteen (14) days from receiving your item. You do not have to return the goods to us within fourteen days, but you must report the return to us within the fourteen days. Return notification must be sent via email.

When you have registered your return, you must pack the product in the same way as you received it, and in the original packaging. Trionic arranges free return pickup; UPS will be booked the following day and picks up the product at the delivery address. Someone must be available to hand out the product to the Shipping representative.


Contact customer service as quickly as possible and we will assist you with your cancellation.
