What happens if I'm not satisfied with the Veloped or Walker?


Your purchase of a Veloped/Walker includes a 14-day return policy, provided that you live in a country within the European Union.

If you are not happy with the Veloped or Walker, please contact us within 14 days after it was shipped in order to return it.

Trionic Sverige AB bears the cost of the return shipment of the Veloped/Walker, provided that it is returned in the same condition as it was delivered, and in its original packaging. The Veloped/Walker is collected from your home address by the UPS.

For countries outside of the European Union, we cannot offer you any return option, unless the delivered Veloped/Walker is defective or if you haven't received the correct model that you have ordered.
